Everyone needs to know how to defend him or herself in a dangerous situation. It’s essential whether the violence is happening at home or at the street. The law of self-defence gives us the right to use force to defend ourselves when we may be exposed to an attack, as long as we don’t use excessive force, i.e. more than necessary.

We welcome everyone regardless of your physical abilities, to take our course in self-defence. No experience required. After this course you will have a useful and effective toolbox of defence techniques against various attacks. Being physically and mentally prepared and also knowing a variety of grips, blockages and tricks, you can prevent getting hurt.
